"two pendulums" (zu deutsch: „zwei pendel") beschreibt die bewegungsabfolge von zwei doppelpendeln mit unterschiedlichen bewegungsqualitäten (a. quasi-periodische bewegung und b. chaotische bewegung). die überlagerung mehrere filmaufnahmen vervielfältigt die pendel und stellt unterschiedliche möglichkeiten des rotierens, sowie des ein- und ausschwingens dar. unter dem einfluss schwacher reibung verlieren beide pendel an energie, bis sie am ende in ihre ruhelage finden; das ausgangsbild dieses filmes.

"two pendulums" describes the sequence of movements of two double pendulums with different qualities of movement (a. quasi-periodic movement and b. chaotic movement). the superposition of several film shots multiplies the pendulums and represents different possibilities of rotating, as well as swinging in and out. under the influence of weak friction, both pendulums lose energy until they find their resting position at the end; the initial image of this film.
