wo sich die erdoberfläche und der himmel treffen, wird eine linie gezogen. die linie haben laura sperl und elena kristofor gefunden. eine linie, die die künstlerinnen verbindet. die ausstellung „in den blick nehmen“ widmet sich dieser linie, dem horizont. anja nowak tritt hier als vermittlerin auf. sie zieht die linien. der wald und das meer treffen sich, sie werden in den Blick genommen.
linien werden verschoben und abgebildet, als trennung innerhalb des waldes oder als zeitliche fixierung am strand, welche ebenso eine linie zeichnet. die linie, ein ideal, führt uns immer an die orte die uns herausfordern. für elena kristofor ist es der wald, für laura sperl das meer und für anja nowak ist es die linie selbst.
where the surface of the earth and the sky meet, a line is drawn. laura sperl and elena kristofor have found the line. a line that connects the artists. the exhibition "in den blick nehmen" (eng: "taking into view") is dedicated to this line, the horizon. anja nowak acts as a mediator here. she draws the lines. the forest and the sea meet, they are taken into view.
lines are shifted and depicted, as a separation within the forest or as a temporal fixation on the beach, which also draws a line. the line, an ideal, always leads us to the places that challenge us. for elena kristofor it is the forest, for laura sperl it is the sea and for anja nowak it is the line itself.
